Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga/Yoga in general also Beth Donnelly-Caban and Laura are wonderful wonderful yogis and women. They offer very distinctively good feeling classes for women and their families. We highly recommend checking them out.

Realbirth This is a parent education and postpartum support center. **they have breastfeeding support groups lead by internationally board certified lactation consultants at least two days a week.
Metropolitan Doula Group This is NYC's local doula support group. There are monthly meetings (2nd sunday of every month). Check them out. They are a great resource for doulas!
